Each item in our print store is created on demand. Please allow 3 business days for the processing of your order. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We aim to provide transparent and fair shipping costs for our customers.
Customs and Duties
Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply to their order. Artedly is not responsible for delays due to customs processes.

Print On-Demand Model
Artedly operates on a print-on-demand model, meaning each item is created specifically for you. As such, we do not hold inventory. Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order.
Returns and Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are not damaged or defective. Please double-check your order before finalizing your purchase.
